OUR REFUND POLICY
We regret No Refunds.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged within 7 days. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please WhatsApp us. You can choose to exchange the product or the have the amount credited for your future purchase.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, usually in the form of your electronic invoice emailed upon purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable
COLOUR DISCLAIMER
Due to variation on devices used to view our products, such as mobile screens, tablets and desktops, the colors shown may appear different to the product that you receive. The visual dimensions of the display & color resolution vary depending on the size of the screens. It is not possible to guarantee that colors of garments you receive will be an exact match to the color of the product you have viewed online because of this.
We also advise that some colors portrayed online may also vary due to slight changes in dye and materials that occasionally occur. We cannot be held responsible for these differences.
SHIPPING POLICY
We have a standard nationwide shipping fee of R99.
SEINA will do everything we can on our side to ensure you receive your purchase quickly and in great condition.
However, once your package leaves us, its care is out of our control and cannot be held responsible for any damages to your items or late deliveries.
Once you receive a confirmation of your order from us - we work on fast tracking your favorites.
For items stipulated as readily available- We usually take 1-3 days to package and dispatch orders. Courier collects Monday to Friday and delivery thereafter is 1-5 working days depending on where you are based.
For items on pre-order & special request orders- You can expect your order to arrive with our trusty courier services within 7-21 working days from placing your order.
Unfortunately, we have no control over the efficiency of couriers, nor can we advise a specific time or day to deliver. We usually provide guidelines as to how long a package may take (see below) but we cannot guarantee that your package will arrive in the estimated time. So, it’s usually best to plan your purchases with a few days extra in mind. This is integral if you do not live in a main city. Please also consider that public holidays and weekends may influence delivery.
• Gauteng: 1-5 working days
• Other provinces : 1-5 working days
Outlying/Small Town areas may take up to 7 days
PLEASE USE YOUR CORRECT POSTAL CODE TO ENSURE FAST DELIVERY AND SAFETY OF YOUR PACKAGE.
If you are unsure as to how long delivery may take to your area, please drop us a WhatsApp & we will look into it for you.
Unfortunately, we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, farms and rural areas. All shipping is Door-to-Door shipping, if you are not home to sign for the package, you are most welcome to provide a work or alternate address. Just drop us an email at your earliest convenience and we can arrange accordingly, however please notify us before we dispatch your package.
If an item is out of stock at the time of order, we will notify you about this and arrange a refund.
We have full trust in you, but because we’ve burnt our fingers on numerous occasions, EFT orders will only be shipped out once your payment reflects in our account.
