How do I shop?
Ordering your products from SEINA® is pretty simple.
Just add the products you would like to your cart, hit checkout, tell us where to ship to by entering your shipping details, then make a payment using your credit card/ EFT .
Will an item be back in stock?
Pop us a DM, WhatsApp or email with your query, if we are unable to get to you the exact garment, we will be sure to source a few similar styles for you
How long does it take to get delivered?
You can expect your order to arrive with our trusty courier services within 1-5 working days from dispatch of your order.
Once you receive a confirmation of your order from us - we work on fast tracking your favorites.
You are sent a tracking number as soon as your package leaves us.
Do you deliver on a weekend?
Unfortunately not, your order is delivered to your door Monday- Friday 8am-5pm. Make sure to supply us with your home / work daytime delivery address when placing your order.
Do I need a credit card to purchase?
Whilst we do accept payments via credit card, we also accept instant EFT payments from most major banks in South Africa. Place your order as usual & choose the "instant EFT" option when you're checking out
